So this is a peach of a deal to try them out. I arrange for a 750 deposit via book to book transfer. I asked in Heritage live chat before this specifically. They said yes.




I go to live chat this morning to claim it. Alex offers me a 30 percent reload bonus. I go HUH Ive never deposited at Heritage before. He yammers on about the greek and betjam. He never addresses me on point. In the end he suggests I call in. I talk to manager..he says I get no bonus at all on book to book. I told him specifically I asked in live chat yesterday about bonuses on book to book transfers..they said yes. I ask him to check live chat logs..he says its not in there. I end the call. I recall and ask for chat logs...they now offer me the 30 percent reload freeplay. I tell him not good enough I will persue it elsewhere.

I am aware that not all sites will do bonuses on book to book. I asked before hand and was told yes..(now whether rep was wrong in saying so is a different story). I would not have tried this site without it as they do not have poker but the 100 percent is too good to pass up I thought.

They put in the $225.00 freeplay from what Alex quoted and made it sound like they were granting a favor. This was instantly done once I asked for the chat logs from the last two days.

Before running to the forum, why not try to work with the book directly, calling and asking to s/w a spv (not just going to chat and talking to whomever answers). Many on here will verify Heritage will make it right if they screwed up...what I am seeing though is you saw a 100% free play banner, assumed you were eligible and deposited with that assumption.

I thought that the offer was the 100 percent freeplay on first deposit AND 10 percent lossback program for future losses like the program 5dimes has.

Im not disputing the amount of 18 dollars down at the greek over the years.

I did live chat twice, called twice, and talked to supervisors on this. The supervisor said I get nothing. I call back and ask for chat logs and they instantly put $225.00 free play in account.

I clicked on the banner in the member area and the window I posted came up.

Rereading it again for the nth time, The thing that I dont get is that how can you have 10 percent losses in the past and never have deposited. It said make your first deposit. I had never deposited there..I thought it was an offer to greek players to get them to deposit for the first time there

I had them clarify a while ago and it's losses from the GREEK or BETJAMAICA.

they dont mention either site in the promo, but that's where the 10% in lifetime losses comes from

and you do not have the choice of taking a smaller amount than the 10% losses. you either have to take the 10% number in full, or nothing. If you had $1,000 coming back to you due to lifetime losses, you can't deposit only $500 and get $500 matched.. it has to be the full $1,000

I was a bit confused by this offer too. I went on live chat and had it fully explained to me by Richard I think. 100% cash bonus I was very happy to accept. I'm sure he was thinking "Keith we would love to give a generous bonus to a big loser like you."
