    Justbet is calling way too much

    I played with them before,
    not a great book. Not bad, but not great.

    Goddam they call a lot. Just received an 8th call this week.
    They're trying some pressure sales techniques and it's become classless and annoying.

    Funny, I've emailed BetGuardian 2x and tried live chat once...they ignore my request.

    Called and offered a nice package to me to sign up with guardian, accepted and now they ignore me. Occasionally get calls, but seem to lose interest when they review my account. You guys till want to extend the offer you made? Call me

    Hey Sharky: It appears that you guys have made some changes to your free play rules without telling anyone. Could you explain what types of bets I can use my free plays on? It used to be no moneylines, among other restrictions. But the only restriction stated in the rules, as of today, is straight bets only. I called a couple of weeks ago, after setting up a tennis bet using a free play, and the customer service rep told me that anything the software accepts is good to go - acceptable for free plays. Since then, I have tested the software, and it will accept a free bet on anything -- even football moneylines (which were against the rules the last time I looked). Right now, I am afraid to place any freeplays, worried that I might be breaking some rule. Two days ago, I sent a e-mail asking for an explanation of the new rules, and have not received a response. I don't want to break any rules, and I don't want to be in the position of winning a free play that you guys want to void. I don't like bothering you with this, but customer service seems to be a little slow, and I have been sitting on a bunch of freeplay money wondering what I can put it on!

    When they call, ask them abt the "special casino" reserved for casino bonus play. Ask them why they would need a separate casino for casino bonuses? Why wouldn't they just allow players to to clear that bonus in the regular casino software? hmmmmm lolol I bet SBR might even know the answer to that question.

    If I understand your concern, you're wondering why we give two separate bonuses (one for sports another for casino?) If that is the case, then let me explain quickly.

    Some customers dont like to tie up their bonus money if they play in the casino, so we have developed the bonuses that we offer today separately, this way it allows the customer to play the bonus on the sportsbook side and then another bonus for them to play within the casino, eventually if they meet the rollover on the sportsbook side, they can cashout without affecting the outcome on the casino.

    They are a standup book and can call me anytime they want with there deals, maybe 8 a week is alot but i dont care. If u dont feel like talking then dont pickup how hard is it to see an (800) # and not pick it up on your caller id, i mean every cell phone these days comes standard with this feature built right in.

    I played there and I think Kat is referring to the fact that there are 2 casinos. One for regular casino play and one set aside for people with casino bonuses that need to be rolled over. I wondered the same thing. Why the need for 2 casinos? It seemed also the software was different for both places.

    We do have a Casino Website. We just have seen that some customers prefer to only use the casino instead of the sportsbook, so we believe it is easier and better to manage those customers separately.

    Not trying to be unfair here. Take a moment and look at your site. You will see two options to play in the casino.     Sharky is a good guy far as I can tell. I think he probably knows why there are 2 casinos (its not for the reasons stated above). SBR has been made aware of why they have 2 casinos also. Justbet is a good site for rec players. Vanilla lines and will limit and delay sharp players. If you play there--just avoid the special bonus casino and you will be fine.
