I asked for a payout on August 15th and I was told 15 Business which is a long time.. Iv been very patient and today is September 7th and still havn"t recieved a check. I contacted them via live chat and was told that the check was delivered and they needed to put a trace on it?

Anyone have any suggestions for me?

My advice to you would be to sit tight and wait to find out what the trace results are. If you haven't heard anything back from them by Monday please feel free to send me a PM and one of us will inquire to them on your behalf.

My last payout which took 20 business days to reach me I was told they would email me the tracking number 2 days later still no tracking number. Filed a complaint with SBR on the 17th business day and the check showed up at my door via fedex express delivery 2 days later.

Customer service has been awful at BetOnline the last couple of months and payouts that were already slow have gotten slower. They claim to have a new processor now who will be able to deliver faster but only time will tell.

I would judge a book on how they perform during the less than prime time seasons. During the summer (slow time), BOL had lots of complaints. Anyone can perform when the deposits are flowing in during football season!

Go with another book

I forgot about that option Katstale. From now on I will direct posters to Alex in the future and if they are in need of further assistance I will ask them kindly to fill out a complaint form and one of us will inquire to the book on their behalf.

I opened up an account with BOL after hearing from Alex about all the new, fast and easy ways to deposit....mistake! I logged in and kept seeing the same error message on any deposit option I chose on the cashier's page. I proceeded to use the live chat (nightmare wait) and got no help there. Finally, I called in and spoke to someone who told me to call my bank, that is was their issue....how could it be their issue when I haven't even been able to enter any banking info in at all?!?!?! Off on the wrong foot with BOL and I've given up....going back to old reliable 5D. I'm not hear to bash them, just hear to tell you of my first and only experience.

Their customer service is by far the worst in the business, software sucks, casino is one of the worst in the industy as well, they are big on bonus talk but have the dumbest setup ever for the player, making the player email and then wait over 24 hours, etc. Just an all around piss poor run shop and SBR rates them high

Been waiting over 10 hours now for a Book 2 Book transfer that I paid a $100 fee for when every other book that does book 2 book does it for free and is always completed in 4 hours tops.


Piss poor customer service at Betonline paying players is most important in this business and they fail miserably at this.

Problems:
1. Not being able to play when in a tourney.
2. Not able to see you cards
3. Unable to play a hand, founding them automatically
4. Site timing out and folding your hand.
5. You win a hand, and it doesn't transfer to your account.
6. Hand history shows another players history instead of yours
7. Site was down the next day after I had a reported the issues above.
8. Support gave me a runaround and didn’t credit me for any of my losses.
9. Not able to transfer funds out my poker wallet to sportbook wallet.
10. Unable to get cashier to give what is left in my account.
11. You have to emails the cashier to withdraw from the site.
12. The site is super slow
13. Support is very slow to respond
14. Cashing out is a nightmare

Your account balance it's $XXX.XX and the minimum you can take out its $100 plus fees. You don’t have enough balance to request a payout.
To send a check the minimum amount it's $500.
