If you file a complaint with SBR on sportsbook......

does the player have any say on who they would like to handle the case?

(Title should read "on a sportsbook", not "on sportsbook")

    no

the only downside to the process IMHO not bashing anyone at SBR it just would be nice to be able to choose.

from my experience you are stuck with who they give you.

Different dispute analysts are assigned per sportsbook. You can always write to assistance@sportsbookreview.com with a complaint on your complaint, if you have one. =)

Its kind of like trying to choose your own judge. Its better for the process if BOTH the sportsbook and the player are given the next available or the one we assign. If the dispute is complicated more SBR resources and opinions may be requested by the case mediator.
