I logged on to VIP for the first time in a few months on August 5th to discover that they are closed as of Aug 1st. I have tried calling and emailing them on several occasions requesting the $190 in my account be paid out but they are not responding. Furthermore, I never received an email from them notifying me that they would be closing--had I, I would have taken necessary steps to ensure payout. I have read that they were only going to pay those with $250 more in the account but have also read elsewhere that this figure was lowered to $150. Anyone else find themselves in a similar predicament? I'm so upset the way I'm being treated right now particularly since I've been with them for a decade. Where does one go from here?
