I already filled up a complaint with all details and screenshots, and ask SBR to recover my money from centrebet fraud.
Fraud, steal scam you name it, and decide what is most appropriate for that behavior.

Centrebet manipulate time stamp on my bet?

This issue go worst in Cntrebet point of view !
The time stamp of my dispute bet show about 1 minute earlier !!!
I got an significant information regard my bet.
My bet as show on my screenshot had been processed at 19:59:5x(22:59:5x GMT+2)
I contacted to Costumer support by the chat and ask for the time stamp on their system.
They gave me the information without attention to my claim to cancel the Bet,end exposed the smoking gun.
    The chat transcript :

alex44: could you also provide me the same data to bet Event: Football, BENFICA v ARSENAL Market: Match Result
    alex44: Receept 0000100
    Dion: One moment.
    Dion: Date placed 19:58:54 06-08-2011 Bet actioned 20:00:02 06-08-2011
alex44: What Is the different between Date placed and bet actioned?
Dion: 1 minute and 8 seconds.
alex44: do you meen my bet placed at 19:58:54 and got approved 1 minute and 8 seconds later at 20:00:01 ?
Dion: Please hold one moment while I look into this for you?
    alex44: Ok
Dion: I am aware that you have sent us an email with a screen shot for this issue, please note that Centrebet management and our Head Sports bookmaker have replied to your query and have decided that your bet will not be cancelled as the bet was accepted in good faith.
alex44: As you can see in bet receipt 0000100,their is a manipulation with the time.
Dion: I don't see any manipulation in the time.
Dion: Alex I do apologise for the inconvenience although please understand that there is nothing I can do as this issue has already been dealt with and a final decision has been made.
alex44: Thank you for your information.
    alex44: Have a nice day.
Dion: Thank you and the same to you.

    In short:
My bet processed at - 19:59:5x (22:59:5x +2 GMT) see in screenshot.
Their time stamp to my bet placed (submitted)show -19:58:54 (22:58:54 +2 GMT)
Their time stamp to my bet auctioned (got approved)show -20:00:02 (23:00:02 +2 GMT)
The manipulation is on time my bet submitted.
While the trader see goal scored in the game he accept the bet and manipulate the time 1 minute down.

Don't you think it is a fraud?!

At what exact time was the goal scored by your reckoning?

Them saying your bet was placed 1 minute earlier than you think it was should have no bearing... IF there was a goal scored between 19:58:54 and 20:00:02

I'm assuming you agree with them about the 20:00:02 approval time btw.

In fact... your times don't match your original story (whilst the CB times do)

If you placed the bet at the time you suggest, that means it was approved only a matter of seconds later. (again, if you agree that the 20:00:02 approval time is correct)

Now the question is way Centrebet official time stamp to my bet is 19:58:54 ?
    You can guess way.....

Maybe I am just confused... How does it help them by adding 1 minute onto the approval time?

All that seems important to me is the time the goal was scored, and that that falls between bet placement and approval time.

If the goal came after 20:00:12 you don't have a case. (obviously you know it didn't from seeing it happen yourself, but you need to get CB to agree that's what happened.)

Personally I would not focus on accusing them of manipulation. Just focus on their rule, and the facts about what time the goal was scored and what time the bet was accepted.

Have you asked Centrebet what time they think the goal was scored that should have suspended the market?

I don't know. Could have been a typo by live chat operator. I still can't see why you care so much. Unless, as I said, I misunderstand something.

So what time was the goal scored?

No matter when he contacted livechat or supervisior, this bet should be voided becose nowhere in their rules is stated that he has to contact them within 5 mins or only if his team wins/loses - its stated clear every bet is voided when its made while goal is scored. Its simple.

This bookie is retarded or scam or both.

    Optional,
Cntrebet market go suspended at 22:59:51(see attached file)
Centrebet score board show the new score 1-1 at 23:00:01(see attached file)
Official Centrebet time stamp to bet confirmetion 23:00:02(by chat and by supervisor email)

My bet had confirmation at least 11 seconds after goal scored,
    What else should be done?
    Hope now is clear.

Very tricky scenario - on the one hand I agree that they appear to have taken a shot at you in some respects by supposedly delaying the acceptance of the bet, possibly until after a goal was scored. On the other hand, had they accepted the bet right away within a few seconds, and then a goal was scored a few seconds later, then it would be a legitimate loss for you anyway as it was obviously a bet you wanted to place at that time.

Therefore I think that they cant really void the whole bet back either because, regardless of the apparant delay in acceptance, at the time you confirmed that you wanted the bet (before the acceptance) then it was a legitimate bet.

At the same time though, if proved that they have acted dishonestly here in purposefully waiting till after a goal was scored to accept the bet, then they should find a compromise - maybe split it down the middle and give you half the stake back or something ?

Again, that argument is completely invalid. A live bookmaker must not accept pending bets to the player's disadvantage after a goal has been scored. Period. If we don't go by this rule, it would allow the book to take shots at players, no matter if intentional or not.

They not accepted bet right away.
11 seconds after market goes suspended, and after my bet submitted enough time before goal scored.
The bet record statement by centrebet say:
    Bet submitted 19:58:54 (22:58:54 GMT+2)
    Bet approved 20:00:02 (23:00:02 GMT+2)
    68 seconds differences !!
Are They manipulate the time stamp of bet submited ?

I would say the £2500 is a lesson learnt. Live betting is open to abuse from both punters and books. Stick to exchanges where there is a defined delay and no late acceptance of bets. And OP the bet would have been a loser anyway, so if you dont get Centrebet pay nothing lost really.

The bet of 2500@1.5 while the score 1-0 favored Arsenal.
The bet refer to trader and was on the "Air" for about 20 seconds,
This is "normal" until now,but while the bet is waiting for trader to accept or Decline,A goal scored against Arsenal and the outcome now is 1-1.
The market of this game was suspended, and my bet is still waiting for trader to Decide if he accept or decline the bet for additional 25 seconds !!!(after goal Scored against arsenal)

And guess what ? the bet was accepted full amount by the trader.
I contacted centrebet costumer support immediately and claim to cancel the bet,but they told me that this is an normal and they cant cancel this bet.
I wroth them a mail to Head Bookie to check this behavior and nothing changed.
I have a full screenshots taken while I was afraid they will accept
The bet after goal(see attached files)
Show clearly that the score is 1-1 while my bet is on the "Air" wait for trader for 25 seconds long after the goal scored.

Anyone have an idea what should I have to do to get my money back?
I ask the Head Bookie by mail to correct the line base on new outcome
And will lead to result of losing 357 GBP instead of full 2500 GBP.
    2500@1.5=1250 GBP profit.
The new odd should be: 357@4.5=1250 GBP profit.
I still waiting to hear if he agree to change the odd.
    I will update,
    Thank you
    Alex.
