    Going Pro-Intertops

I am considering Going Pro at SBR and I'm looking into Intertops. I had a Poker World account so I'm considering Intertops because it's also on the Cake Network. I have a couple questions hopefully someone can help answer.

If you sign up to Intertops through the SBR link to be an SBR Pro, do you get the standard 33% Cake Network RB in the Intertops Poker Room?

What are everyone's overall thoughts on Intertops?

Will US residents be able to use betpoints to buy Freeplays in the SBR store in the near future? I believe they are not able to do so currently, correct?

MODS: if this is in the incorrect forum, please feel free to move it to the correct forum(betpoints????).

Can anybody comment on this? Even if your not sure about the RakeBack on Intertops, can you comment on Intertops overall?

I'm new to SBR so who would I contact to find out about the RakeBack if I signed through the SBR link?

I didn't like their layout but I guess the most important thing is weather they pay or not but their layout was too convoluted for me.

I always liked Intertops. You should be eligible for any new account bonuses they're offering.

Intertops has great poker promo this month good for 60K. 1st tourney is the forth for 5K costing pennies. Be sure to buy several gold cards to rebuy and add on. PokerWorld left the USA market as well as PowerPoker from Cake Network so whole Network is iffy. Intertops requires minimum $500 to withdraw.

Intertops are the granddaddy of all sites. I've had an account there since 1996. They've never, ever caused me any problems whatsoever. Not sure if you'll be using their sportbook, but they have the most vanilla lines of any book that I've ever been with, as you'll always find a better number somewhere else. But they are very stable, and always pay out. They'd never resorted to some of the shenanigans that are all too familiar with so many other books.

Consider them the boring, quiet elderly uncle who is not everybody's favorite family member, but is a standup guy who will never let you down.....

Thanks guys. I've sent an email to Intertops regarding the RakeBack by signing through SBR. I would like to have RB if I sign to Intertops since I had a PokerWorld account for the Cake Network and can no longer play there

Hopefully I would be eligible for RB through the SBR link, but if not I will go with another SBR Pro book.

100% agree with the tone of this thread... I have also been with them since 1996 in the days of "Faxing" your info to them... Never had a problem paying out... but as mentioned, not always the best number...

Intertops is pretty quick to update their lines, with the exception of some of the soccer leagues.

This is incorrect. For a wire, minimum is $150. Watch out for the $30 hidden fee by an "Intermediary Bank."

Don't know anything about Intertops gaming but as far as the Sportsbook is concerned be very wary. Problems getting money back, betting restrictions applied if you win too often and "enticing" bonuses over complicated by inflexible rollover rules. Stay away, far too much hassle and from my brief experience can be very difficult and unreasonable to deal with.
