    Betonline Slowpay

    Two years here....cashouts from many sites. First complaint filed about a payout.

    Betonline by their emails to me said I would get my small cashout in 7 business days. That came and went.

    Ever since full tilt has held many american customers balances in limbo, I have zero tolerance for even a slight delay from any poker room or sportsbook.

    I drafted emails concerning the time line, why so long, and etc. Trite replies saying that their timeline quoted has not come and gone. Now the timeline has been exceeded so here is the thread.

    Complaint filed.

    If they treat small transactions this way be of concern of any larger amounts......

    I would avoid this book

    When did put in for a withdrawal. It says 15 business days on the site. 3 weeks. I play with them and never had a problem. Don't fukkin panic.

    This was not a check transaction. I have the email stating 7 business days.

    BetOnline will pay, but they take a lot of time.

    Chuckle...you are probably correct about it having zero effect. They have profited from our relationship....down a lot in comparison to this final transaction with them. Oh well...such is life....potential BOL investors you have more data to digest now

    I did file yesterday. I received confirmation email from help@sportsbookreview.com

    Like I iterated its for a small amount...not worth a fight over BUT if a company is willing to do this over a tiny amount then....

    I actually feel bad that Ive wasted SBR's time in this....Do you know the feeling you get when you have to ask for or bring up the fact to a relative or a close friend that they owe you money and the agreed upon time has lapsed? That odd feeling of shame on having to bring up the fact that they agreed to pay something back to you and then it goes by...you feel bad for asking.

    SBR is great...I feel bad...should have never filled out complaint nor posted this thread....I feel bad having to ask for the money owed to me....F that....time to just play casino and get the F out of this game and anything associated with it

    I have been cashing out via free check every month for close to the last year. The checks always arrive after the stated 15 business days. They could process them quicker I believe, but would rather not. The three weeks are annoying, but as long as I know going in that it is going to take that long, I am willing to wait to save the $50 in fees.

    its just amazing that there checks take so long. the top books take 2-5 business days, betonline takes 15+ business days. and this is not a new problem, nothing to do with black friday. it has been this way for many years. its a black mark against them that they have shown no desire/effort to fix.

    You are comparing apples to oranges. He took the free check method. The 2-5 business days you describe are for courier check. $50 fee usually.

    Maron the UIGEA is not going anywhere. It may get stronger but it is not going anywhere anytime soon. They may open it up for poker but then clamp down on sports gambling and casino. The new bills do this.

    im comparing apples to apples.

    whether its free or you pay the 50 bucks, betonline checks take way too long (15 business days or more). whether its free or you pay the 40 bucks or whatever they charge, 5dimes,legends,betjamaica checks all come within a few business days. its been like this forever. im not sure where the comparison is off at all, please let me know what im missing.

    betonline checks take too long, not just the free ones. they charge the same as the books mentioned above but take WEEKS longer to get to you. the other books will also give you a tracking number within a day of requested withdrawl, betonline will not provide you with one. betonline's customer service will claim its sent regular mail, then it usually comes eventually via fed ex.

    LOL this is the second attempt. The first batch of emails keep saying trite responses like oh its not 7 business days yet. That deadline came and went. Now it seems that another 7 business day deadline has been set and one line responses. Such a frigging small amount this is.

    Seems to be the only book out there who is under the impression that "up to 15 business days" means to not send the check until business day #12
