    I thought these type of stock exchanges, were illegal in the united states. Not in the same way sports books are. In that, the Congress actually passed a law banning united states players from them.
    So there can't be many, who would want to stick their head out. It would be suicide

    hey guys, they have this new technology called a beeper, you call it and it beeps you and then you can use a pay phone to call that person back, this is new, revolutionary stuff.
