You can see the bet details. Don't go in "my account"; instead go to the Sports section then scroll down and look on the left hand side - you should see "current bets" and "betting history". You can see full details on the relevant one of those two.

SBR has received a LOT of complaints about account confiscations. Comeon's evidence has not proven fraud yet.

OK, I have now got a problem with this book after joining them just a few days ago. Last night i put a bet on Serena Williams/Lleyton hewitt. Serena won, Hewitt retired. Every other book I have played at would have Hewitt at void and pay me for just the odds of Serena. My account balance is now zero, they think the bet is a loss. I look up there betting rules, tennis, and match winner is the player who qualifies for the next round as long as one set has completed. So in this case hewitt lost first set but retired 2 games into the second set. They count this bet as a loss where i got my money back at my main sportsbook. COMEON!!!! They have covered themselves on this within the betting rules but i think it is a rip off cause i don't know any good sportsbooks that wouldn't have made the bet void and money refunded. I didn't get the chance to try a withdrawal, so I dont know if they are safe but i can tell you i certainly will not be depositing there again. No more trying new sportsbooks for me I will stay at the one, forever. If COMEON is a safe place where you can have no worries getting your money, i would still only rate it a D+ to C- ........good luck with this place.

Went in here a week ago, it was a nice site, good cs and withdrew high 3 figures with no problem. It looks like they've been hammered by all the bonus chasers though, which is a real shame.

So they promote a bonus to get new customers, they then get new customers and its a problem ?! If they don't offer a bonus few people are going to risk their funds in an unknown sportsbook.

As Justin noted, a player wrongfully accused of bonus abuse reported being paid in full today.

Unfortunately, the bad seeds are causing innocents to get caught in the crossfire. It's a positive sign that ComeOn is willing to discuss the complaints with SBR.

Their rules clearly say it's valid as long as one set is completed, so quite correct.

That rules isn't at all unusual either - it would be a loss at maybe a third of books (including the most important tennis books, pinnacle and betfair, but also plenty other big recreational books like bwin, eurobet, ladbrokes, expekt, 5dimes)

It was unusual to me, I don't bet at those mentioned bookies! I bet with sportsbet Australia and sportingbet Australia and that bet is always a refund! I will stick with those two.

today asked comeon for withdraw of 900 euros and after 8-9 hours received it. i think its ok if you are not bonus hunter.anyway its gonna be hard for them to get new customers with new bonus terms and conditions.they should keep odds at minimum 2 and let rollover with single bets, because they will get only few new customers with this terms and conditions.

I still think they're above board. Although how much cash they have left in the pot after being gnomed to hell and back (and then gnomers having the balls to complain to SBR lol) is anyones guess.
To their credit, they haven't applied the new terms retrospectively.

IMO, and I've accounts with well over 250 bookmakers, these are a genuine outfit, with a fair bit of cash behind looking to get a foothold in the market. They have been excellent so far with payouts, far quicker than most A and B books on here.
Yes, they were naive with the bonuses, 4x WR is ridiculously low for a 100% cash bonus, yet they've still managed payouts measure in hours, and not tried to pull a fast one. 99% of the players here are in it for the bonus, their odds aren't that great, and casual mug punter players from the UK etc would use ladbrokes or billy hill. Yes, there are complaints, but then all A books on here have had a complaint at some time or other, and so far the evidence seems to be players trying to pull a fast one.

Really hope these can keep going, glad to see they've amended the bonus terms.

I opened an account on www.comeon.com and I made a deposit of 120 euro. They double my deposit (bonus 100%) and I placed 3 winning bets (about 1000 euro). To meet the rollover is missing one bet of 240 euros (960 euros the total rollover). My account is now blocked: they say "We have identified other accounts created from the same device". They refund me today my deposit but they say "I'm afraid your winnings are voided". I'm sure that I opened only my account.

I heard they have a 7€ no deposit bonus right now. I'm not using them, but might be interesting for other guys to test them. 6x rollover, minimum games 2, minimum odds 2.

Comeon is worth it to play at. Fast payouts once player id is verified. Odds and limting typical of euro books.

Good book for me, but Moneybookers deposit have 5% fee since this week. It was the only way to deposit at their site for me, I'm not willing to deposit €500 and receive only €475. Bank transfer doesn't work at their site with my bank company. So now they are useless for me, unfortunatly..

One good feature they seem to have instant Neteller and Skrill withdawals at the moment. At least for some members.

Last night I logged in after few months of not using them. I had 10€ free bonus without deposit redeemable at bonus section. Turned that into 50€ and withdrawal was paid instantly Neteller.

Might be worth checking out whether any of you have this free bonus too. It had only 3x rollover with minimum odds of 1.5. I didn't receive any emai about it. I have deposited aboit 2 months ago last time though.

    best avoid comeon

I would like to warn you for the bonus-policy at Comeon. They reserve the right to change bonus-requirements at any time, even for players that are already signed up for this bonus. This includes changing the date before which a player has to have met the bonus-requirements, without any communication from their side to the player that they did change the date. Therefore, their bonuses, including the 400% first deposit bonus might look nice, but dont be surprised if suddenly your bonus had dissappeared from your account because they changed the date. This has happened to me.

I had quite some communication with them on this and they do confirm that changing dates without informing the players is part of their official policy and refer to their general rules to justify this policy. I have told them that even if you put such a thing in your rules, this doesnt make it legal, apart from of course being highly unfair, especially in bonuses designed to attract new players. However, no response was given to that

    some excerpts from the communication

Elin: I am sorry to say that there is nothing that we can do, the bonus was cancelled since it did indeed expire, and the requirements in the bonus weren't bet at the point. What you had in your account after the bonus was cancelled was the money you would have had if the bonus was never accepted in the first place, and the bonus money had not yet become real money
HP: the problem is that when I deposited the money there was a later date in the requirements when the bonus would expire
HP: and I was never informed that that date had changed
Elin: This is also stated in our terms and conditions on our website, and I am sorry to say that the bonus is at this point and will remain lost
Elin: I am referring to our terms and conditions about bonuses:
Elin: "2.28 All bonuses have an expiry date. If the bonus requirements are not fulfilled at the expiry date, the company reserves the right to cancel or debit the bonus credits from the account.
Elin: 2.29 ComeOn reserves the right to cancel/change/stop marketing promotions at any time without prior notice."
    Elin:
HP: That sounds rather ridiculous... so Comeon can offer a bonus with an expiry date and change this date at will without informing me?
Elin: Yes, that is right. I am sorry about the inconvenience, but there is nothing that we can do here I am afraid
