What I noticed about the last $14,500 case was that it was not mentioned on the sportsbookreview.com web site and now this one hasn't appeared. Usually if a complaint is received regarding a book, you'll see it posted.

After reading the other posters who say this shit...and now you...I have to admit, I believe you. I am extremely surprised that 5dimes does not blame this on a vulnerable backend system linked to their casino page which had been hacked...That makes more sense than a fukkn glitch where they write the wrong payout odds.....Unreal, Tony must be the one who does the updating as he sounds like a dimwit.

If it was an error, I could see them only paying half of your winnings, but no way should you get none of it. If you lost your money would not of been returned. At the very least you should get half, if not the whole thing.

I have played at almost every book online at some point but never 5dimes because of all the info online about tony being a slleze and a dick. I hope you get EVERY PENNY because nothing else is acceptable although I have to say I am not overly optimistic you will get anything other than a death threat or something of the like. If you leave a bag of money sitting on the curb and walk away can you really expect someone not to walk away with it? If these guys are messing up the payouts they needed to pay for their careless actions.

We know 5Dimes mismanaged their casino and corrected all of the payout odds following the bot dispute. However other non-bot winners on +ev were paid as normal. We'll find out how this game was addressed. We don't really want to comment on different scenarios until we hear all sides.
As with the SIA case a while back, when casino software has an error and pays players instead of deducts losses, or pays in excess of what is listed on a blackjack, that's a knock against the book for it's software but falls under a malfunction and is extremely rare. In the case it sounds like you are describing a game that operated correctly and the odds were set to something that could not end well for the house. We'll hear what they have to say and the reason for voiding the play.
