I was thinking of opening an account with Bookmaker and I noticed they do not give the bonus with Neteller or Moneybookers. Due to the excessive fees they charge, I didn't want to sign up there without the bonus.

My question is this, does anybody know if they give the bonus on a transfer from another book?

If I signed up through an SBR link and then transferred the start up funds would this make a difference?

Yes, I know I could ask CS this in an email or chat, but it seems sometimes the better answers come from actual users of the books.
