This is NOT an Iasbet problem. The Australian licensing authorities require sportsbooks to have stringent ID requirements for players. There is no way round this other than to satisfy them. Sorry.

small advice for the future ... if you are going to start using a new book, before making the first deposit, ask them what documents they might rqeuire before you make the first withdrawal and send them right away ... after that, deposit and you will have no problem with withdrawals ... it will mean less trouble and it will save you money ...

from my personal experience, a book will not accept anything less than the documents they say are required for withdrawal ...

even those who certifies stamps and documents?

I have heard in the past that Canbet and Iasbet, which I think are related, have required this. Not sure if all Australian books do though. I don't believe Centrebet requires the certification of an ID.

CANBET IS NOT REALTED TO IASBET AND IS NO LONGER AN AUSSIE BOOK - BEWARE OF THEM

ALL Aussie books have to comply with strict regulations in regard to ID verification.
It does seem to differ from book to book depending on which state or territory they are regulated in.

Certification of documents can be done by a range of professions - surely everyone personally knows a member of at least one of them ? Should be no big deal and they don't even need to know the purpose of your request. All they need to do is certify that you are the person described in the document.

that would probably be correct if you are joining Centrebet's UK book but no way would that be the case if joining up at the Australian site which is subject to the Northern Territory's strict ID requirements
