This is my biggest problem with what is going down here

Any player out there with a clue should realize that the more outs that ar out there for us to play at the more profit potential. It is a shame to see a documented scam artist go into a book that has never had one single payout complaint and destroy their reputation before they even have a chance to show if they have the potential to be another solid out for players in the future.

No Cory1111 did not manipulate the software to hit 3 royals, he got lucky while running a bot to take advantage of the highly +EV scenario that the casino was giving him with the 100% bonus. Casinos make mistakes like this all of the time and the more outs that we have to play at the more +EV scenarios players can find to exploit. It is just a shame that you have players who are not content enough with the value that they are already being given that they have to go the extra length and use a software program to accomplish the task faster and without the risk of human error cutting into their EV.

No doubt in my mind Cory1111 was using a bot against site rules if people want to cry that EZ has not proven it beyond a doubt so be it, but I can assure you that if the ruling is that it has to be proven beyond a doubt you are going to see bonus offers from casinos dry up very quickly and become non-existant because it is impossible to prove 100% beyond a doubt that a bot was used. I would expect to see bot play become a major issue for casinos to deal with in the near future if all of the arbitrating sources are ruling in favor of players.

I may be a square when it comes to playing video poker but I am no stranger to understanding how to calculate my edge in any bet, gambling is gambling my friend. I know fully well the edge that the player gained due to the bonus.

I also stand firm in my belief that casinos are in the right by not wanting players to use bots that play perfect strategy at a high rate of speed.

The scammer argument is a legitimate reason to rule in favor of the book if there is strong evidence the player intended to charge back his deposit. Since the player deposited cash there was no chance of this rendering the scammer argument irrelevant and not applicable in this case.

Did you read anything that anybody other than RX or Easystreet posted on the matter? There is very little evidence that the player used a bot, in the meantime, both institutions have been lying the entire time and on repeated, documented instances. Have you even tried to read the "expert report" without your brain melting?
