    Cologne might have had a bad first half of the season but since 2011 they've been constantly improving. afaik they have won all games at home this year.
    Even though Hannover is having great momentum right now (including beating Bayern), I still think Cologne will take the win tonight.

    Over might be a better choice here but then again, it's a Friday night game, it might go under. I won't touch it.
