What would the point of picking Yes be? When I can just pick the other "No" and get even a very small advantage (larger field and slight improved odds). Unless I am missing something here. But this would matter if someone is betting Millions.
They made a mistake; they wanted to make small changes due to a small likelihood that the winner is a team from caf, concacaf or afc but they adjusted the lines in the wrong way.
Beyond that, there is also the thinking of what you could go with the money throughout the World Cup. If you're dropping a couple hundred of dollars to win tens of dollars, the money could possibly be used to earn more via other — more risky — bets
