Lineups are announced an hour before kick-off.
I saw a few people going huge on the under on a few other sites yet the line moved slightly toward the over right before kickoff.

yeah, the heart completely stopped playing offense in the 2H. They tried to defend their lead instead of trying to add to it. The phoenix got a lucky break on that PK call. I would say it was a 50-50 judgement decision, but I think they go uncalled more often than not.
