yeah, athletico have got some awesome players...aside from the obvious Falcao...Arda Turan is very under-rated...he very rarely loses possession. Mario Suarez looks like a top notch centre mid now as well and Gabi and Koke have developed in to good players. Originally Posted by zizoudane10

Schalke -1.5
Strong team just got draw 2-2 away to Hannover. Augsburg are still in Bundesliga somehow. They got beat at home by new boys Dussedorf 0-2. Klaas will get us going and Schalke can cover.
Dortmund FCN1 Over 2.5 and Dortmund -1
FCN1 home opener after beating a terrible Hamburger side this past weekend. Dortmund are class. This kid Reus is so quick and in this team he will score so many goals. Dortmund have their 1st choice team, I expect them to get at least two goals. The -1 covers us if its a 0-2 result.
Maybe some premier league will look...

Looking over Everton WBA last few matches it screams over 2.5 goals. Even money. Can't pass that up with both teams scoring loads of goals in the league and Cup confidence is high for both squads. Everton are competent road scorers too.
Spurs -1.5, last year Norwich won at white heart lane, but not this time. Bale is going to give Garrido a torrid time, Norwich are not great defenders and Spurs are going to get their season started today.
