I believe you can send in a scanned copy of a drivers license, and in my case I had them call my mobile and confirm my details over the phone.

I think czech wil be happy with a draw here and tighten up d defence. But it all depends on the team spain use knowin they'v alrdy qualified and may wants to experiment. If spain go all out and attack, then the over has a chance but spain, just lik barca like playin d bal around in d middle a lot, takes their time b4 openin a defensiv side and i expect czech to be more defensive.
