Pending futures are now no longer being transferred to betanysports. This is very frustrating for me because I was waiting for CS to get back to me with some info so I could transfer my account over. By the time they got back to me pending futures were no longer available for transfer.

Whether it's Bet Islands, Legends or any of the bunch of sportsbooks that have folded or left, what's should be disturbing here to U.S. players is this is #1 that's leaving (according to the last SBR poll and I think that's still accurate) and they are not doing it the way that, say, Bet Jamaica did that seemed to be well thought out at that time. This is a no heads up we're leaving in 2 weeks email sent to all of us with no solutions. At least with Bet Jamaica, they had a plan, even though Heritage may not have been everyone's cup of tea and if it wasn't, Heritage would process your payout.

Between that and this being arguably a book's most profitable time since COVID began, you have to wonder.......

I just called them to cancel my pending futures that will finish after the cut-off date. I was told it would take a long time to refund them because the queue is long, but they're in the queue.

Yeah Ian I'm not trying to stir the pot. I've got a decent sized 5 figure balance there and figured it was always and probably still is safe. But to see #1 running their whole act this way is disconcerting. I'll wait 4 weeks if I have to, I'm patient, I get it, I do customer service for one of my jobs. But to have no plan stated in an email and then to put a deadline in that same email, you get a little nervous, especially for a book that of the 4 major U.S facing books, was the slowest for BTC payouts.

About to get free rolled on $7500 in Bucks futures since they're not transferring pending wagers. Got an email saying the bets that can be voided will be voided by 9/25. So even if the Bucks come back & win($10,500 in account) & either the LAL/LAC make the Finals($44,400 in account) all I get is my original $7500 back.(LBH 80% chance Bucks lose this series I get nothing & if they win I get nothing but what I risked) THE TEXTBOOK DEFINITION OF A FREE ROLL.

Thread has me paranoid. Initiated both a book-to-book transfer to Bookmaker and a separate payout last night. The transfer to Bookmaker says "Processed" as of 5 hours ago and 5D support claims that is accurate, meanwhile Bookmaker support says they haven't gotten any kind of confirmation on the transfer from 5D.

Probably everyone's just backed up, but I at least hope I can get this money out of there.

Been about 24 hours since the book-to-book was "Processed/Completed" and I'm still getting bounced back and forth between 5D and Bookmaker with 5D saying we sent it, contact BKR and BKR saying they haven't received anything, contact 5D.

Would be less concerned if it was pending as they are backlogged, but concerning to me that according to 5D it's been "done" for almost 24h. Bookmaker is always really quick about crediting deposits in my history with them.

they should have another book set up with getting your balances and the players have to do nothing. if you do not want to play there, you withdraw. to me that is the honorable way. all pending bets should be honored by new book too. you should not have to put in for it. this whole thing is just ehhh. i am glad i had nothing in 5 dimes.

So 5Dimes won't do account transfers to BetAnySports any longer according to their live chat I just got off, see my screenshot below. I should have asked what sportsbooks they are allowing transfers to but didn't. I found it funny the live chat rep I got "Dave" has a pic of a white guy for the avatar, doubt that's legit. They probably force their Costa Rican customer service reps to use fake names and avatars to make the Americans feel comfortable.

I really, really messed up by procrastinating on that betanysports transfer as I had some great futures...I was also denied the transfer. At one point the rep assured me that the 3rd party American administrator that would oversee paying people after the 25th would allow my futures bets to stand. Then I stupidly asked if I could tell people on sbr about this and then the guy went back to discuss it with the wagering team and returned to tell that all wagers will be voided after the 25th. So I'm not sure if the possibility of futures bets standing exists and I just blew it...
