It's a problem when the accused bookie is using SBR utilities to book with new members especially when he was banned from the forum in the past and was allowed to come back.

I am trying to understand your role here. You do not take personal action when a confirmed forum bookie is outed but shift the burden to the mods. But when a poster says something you don't like you ban them immediately or put them on post review without letting the mods do their job.

John - Can you honestly say that there is nothing being done via PM that would alert you to the fact that he is obtaining another customer? There is no way that he'd be able to exchange email addresses or phone numbers with guys on here without initially doing this via SBR's PM system unless he has a Tsoprano.com domain. Even if the PMs are under the guise of something totally different, any mod with one brain cell would be able to see what's going on via PM, so what does it take for him to be banned?

This whole thing just doesn't make sense. Plain and simple. SBR's not exposing themselves to a discrimination lawsuit if he's banned and in fact they're protecting themselves in the long run because you know people will continue to pop up that have been stiffed by him. Not the best way to keep the whole gambling thing under the radar.
