    The Rolling Stone are Woke

The band retired their 1971 hit song "Brown Sugar" from their current tour, for now, over "conflicts" surrounding the controversial lyrics that depict slavery, rape and drugs, guitarist Keith Richards confirmed to The Los Angeles Times.

He added that he (Keith Richards) doesn't understand the controversy.

"I’m trying to figure out with the sisters quite where the beef is," Richards said. "Didn’t they understand this was a song about the horrors of slavery? But they’re trying to bury it. At the moment I don’t want to get into conflicts with all of this."

He probably thinks that Jim and Huck shared common bond of brotherly love as well.

Yeah Keith not happy about it

But the song, which does rock, is about whipping & raping black chicks during antebellum

That being said...is it any worse than any given rap song?

The entire fukking billboard charts are filled with songs about drugs, drug use, womanizing, hoe this, hoe that, guns, violence, felons, criminals, etc… this is a joke. Cardi B openly admits to drugging and robbing men for cash.

I agree, but the Stones and their music rights are worth more then the rest of the Billboard artists combined

So if their Jew lawyer says pump the brakes here on this song because it'll prolong your career and pisitive media access for another 5 years ($1billion) then they'll do it....because the alternative is protests, negative media, bad interviews & retirement.
