Kentucky Derby Winner tested positive for what???

Has Bob Baffert been busted again?

Medina Spirit has tested positive for an excessive

    amount of anti-inflammatory drug betamethasone.

Has not been disqualified at this time.

Bafferts been in this mix before. Once a cheat always a cheat.

This is a mainstream problem for horse racing federally. It will never be stopped fully....Just like "certain" gun laws. Sadly

Blame will surely be placed elsewhere than on Baffert’s azz... He should be banned from all Kentucky Derby races.. Also limited to one horse only in any race taking place.. Maybe they should shoot him up with a few thousand cc’s of bute..

The Junkie Horse. Baffert denying of course...

21 picograms of an anti-inflammatory -- legal drug, but must stop taking 14 days out in Kentucky. A picogram is 1 trillionth of a gram -- so basically, it would be like you taking 1/100th of an Advil.

    Being blown out of proportion......

i don't know anything about horses, but rules are rules and if the horse needed 6 more hours to get rid of the substance then it has to be on the owner/management(or whoever)...reminds me of F1, .001 millimeters and .001 of a second matter...

So here's what the winningest trainer in the world has the balls to say:

In a statement released Tuesday by his attorney, Baffert acknowledged that Medina Spirit had been treated for dermatitis during the week leading up to the Derby with the anti-fungal ointment Otomax, which he claimed to be unaware contained betamethasone until he was informed on Monday.

Surprised he is not in politics..Scumbag enough.....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
