    That is for the Senate races in Georgia. A candidate MUST get 50% of the vote to win. Right now the GOP has won 50 Senate seats, meaning that the Democrats MUST win BOTH Georgia seats to break even and control the Senate because of the VP's tie-breaking vote if needed. GOP Inc. Senator Will Purdue has 49.7% of the votes cast. It would not take many votes for him to cross the 50% threshold and give the Senate to the GOP. The outlook for the Democrats to win the Senate is grim, at best.

    I thought it was for Presidential only, not the Senate. Both would be smart.
