Some teams are probably already trying to figure out how to make use of the rule, with "starters" already coming in after a few innings for some of them. I think TB comes to mind.

LOS ANGELES, CA—Kanye West has dropped out of the presidential race, several sources confirmed today, after Elon Musk offered to instead make him president of Mars.
