4:40 3 mile jog, stretch, pull ups
6:00am waffle house take out
bacon, belgium waffle, black coffee, 2 over easy eggs, spam
7am-10 posting, reading sports articles
10:30 rub one out
11am-3pm work stuff/posting
3pm-5pm 1 hour Yoga, 1 onnit body weight work out
5pm cook dinner/rest/ read the paper
6:30pm til I pass out
