    we are doing traditional ham, turkey, and pork tenderloin on Christmas with hot punch!......and Prime Rib on New Year's Day!......for ham, it's quite simple...just put some spicy mustard on it!...

    On Christmas, I'm going with the ham, not some cheap ass salt infused porky pig, but a fresh good seasoned ham without the salt and grainy texture. Every other day its the Prime Rib, prepared as rare as possible.
