Would you agree to this diet for 3 years for $10,000?

So for 3 years you could order anything you want but you were limited to these 3 places

    A.) Krispy Creme -Breakfast

    B.) McDonalds - Lunch

    C. Taco Bell - Dinner

    3 year contract, $10,000.

    you get $5,000 upfront

the other $5,000 upon completion on contract

    This contract has 3 incentives

A.) If you gain less than 50 pounds in 3 years you get an extra $1,000

B.) If you run 4 miles per day every day for 100 days straight while maintaining this diet you get $5,000

C.) If you find a friend to sign the contract with you, you get a $2,000 referral bonus

    would you do it?

would you watch a reality tv show that featured contestants taking this challenge

like if all the contestants started out as really hot women and muscle bound dudes like say Zac Efron, Kate Upton types?

    would be interesting ..no?

3 years.... Wow! You'd be dead after 1.

In the movie "Supersize Me" by Morgan Spurlocker made 15 years ago where he ate only McD's for 30 days... Doctor said he was starting to have serious healt problem even before he finished. Adding Krispy Creme and Taco Bell would only add to the pace of dying quickly.

But, HELL YEAH! I'd watch that reality TV show with Kate Upton type donig it.

Hell fukking no. It's 2019, $10K isn't even that much money anymore, and three years is a loooong time to shovel toxic waste into your body day in and day out. Anyone who agrees to this is probably already on a diet that closely resembles it.

That's not such a bad diet....

Look, the steak/egg/cheese bagel for breakfast w hashbrown and diet coke is 800 calories

20 nuggets for lunch 850 calories

30 mins elliptical/ 3 sets of 8 different heavy weights, 2 hours of tennis followed by sauna you sweat out the sodium (does the4 miles deal)

However, I cannot stand tacos so I'd need KK and McD's for everything.

You'd probably lose weight. I'd do this.

I thought it was going to be some vegan diet and I was thinking maybe why not, but after seeing that shit, no way in hell. 150,000 maybe might do it.

There are healthy options available as well you know,.you don't have to slob on big macs and fries.

In supersize me he didn't even try to control the amount of calories he ate ,(almost 5,000kcal/day), and ate so much that he wanted to puke on purpose plus did did no exercise.

All they proved with that "documentary" was that consuming more energy than you use will make you fat and that being overweight is unhealthy. Ground breaking stuff!

I would do it for say $25-50k. Like others pointed out just because it’s fast food doesn’t mean there aren’t healthy options. McDonald’s has salads, has yogurt etc. Taco Bell you could just eat vegan like the tostadas plus tb is about to introduce a vegan menu. The only problem is still the amount of time on the diet. 10k for one year sure.

Also the logistics of this. Are all three places near each other where you live? For me we have only one KK and to go to it daily would easily cost me most of if not all of the 10k just in a years gas plus car maintenance.

Mcdonalds nowadays has some smart choices to eat. If someone is strapped for cash, they can do it without health concerns buy choosing the right items for each meal....you will need self control to avoid eating all the sugar and fries and crazy burgers.

Key is to to avoid the pop or limit it to 300ml per week.
Make the different salads the staple of diet every day and use only the olive oil/balsamic vinegar dressing.
drink plain milk with egg breakfast
    avoid fries.
limit burger to 1 once a week.
for protein: instead of using the entire burger with all the sauces...simply use the 100% beef patty (no more than 100g per serving, or the chicken from the chicken sandwiches (not the nuggets or that mcchicken patty), or the chicken from the crispy chicken (remove the crispy breading around it), fish without the breading etc.
you can basically make full dinner/lunch/breakfast snacks by combining some of the healthier items....you will have to avoid all the temptation to eat the crappy stuff. first few weeks will be the hardest then your body will adjust and you will be fine and probably feel great.

Its something i can prove and do it for a year but 10k is not worth the time. i would consider if the prize was 50k, tax free.

Big bear - no I would not. that is a terrible diet. all we have in this world is our health and our time. you are signing both of those things away with this proposition. money is nothing.

Sure... I get 5k up front and it doesn't say anything about paying it back if I don't complete it. Easiest 5k ever.

    lol

No... I just like to challenge my body at times. If someone paid for all my fast food and gave me money for doing it... I'd do it.

You'd definitely have to do cardio at least 5 out of 7 days for 30 minutes to burn about 650 calories (daily). Or some sort of power lifting routine... otherwise... you would get ultra fat
