Cops and Their Protectors At It Again!

    https://newyork.cbslocal.com/2019/07/31/nypd-cops-doused-with-water-woodhaven-queens-assemblyman-mike-lipetri/

More proof that they believe they are special and need a separate set of rules.

I throw a water balloon at person x, y or z....its assault and a petty misdemeanor.

    I throw a water balloon at a cop.... it's a felony.

These fukkin pansy asses. What a collection of losers. Cant even take a water balloon without having to overreact and get a legislative body to create a separate set of laws for them only.

Seriously if you vote "pro cop" or for any liberal that aligns with a police union, you are just giving away your freedom, slowly but surely, to a political lobby of assholes and police that are just miserable pieces of shit.

If you're a cop you deserve to be sprayed w a lot worse than water....suck it up soft bitches, and find a real job dickless soiboys w a badge. You're "all big" but a water balloon takes out your entire union.

Hillarious how worthless and unneeded police are.

    Wow bro

I've never been a big supporter of the police force either but that's way over the top.

Half of them are actually in it for the right reasons

    Yes

But like I said only about half of them do it the right way.

I've worked out of the same building as police officers for many years and have seen and heard the corruption.

But it's not all of them.

These fools nowadays are already out of control WITH police officers.

So imagine what it would be like without any.

The talk of late has made me consider it. With cameras and other technology we should be able to police ourselves or we are not the greatest nation in the world.
and social Justice WITHOUT violence would not only save money, it would save lives - WITHOUT VIOLENCE (the abuse of Power)

a brief thought while 2 bong hits deep

The only thing keeping jackasses from routinely coming into your home and stealing your shit is a police presence. You think the country can police itself?

If a cop can't generate enough revenue then they are viewed as worthless to the blue line enterprise. Just like members of a gang or mafia.

Exactly my point. It's not "cop hate" it's hate surrounding the continued effirtvto write more laws, so the cops can write more tickets...then when people get fed up, the cops (and political leaders for that matter) use their power of discretion and enforcement to subject (or not subject) themselves to a set of rules and laws that don't apply to the rest if us.

How can anyone actually support this type of law enforcement system we have today? It's ridiculous. I'd go so far as to say it's the leading cause of unrest in every community.

Here in MPLS we have an opioid epidemic, had a homeless and syringe epidemic last year, have a very high suicide rate and yet this week goes into effect 2 new laws- with LE buying billboards all over town warning us they will enforce.

1- slow driving in left lane will be a ticket
2- talking on your phone will be a ticket

WTF is with this shit? Neither of these laws is a consequence for damage to private property or physical harm. People can be stopped and fined for not even hurting a person place or thing.

...and all the while, the real issues go unsolved and unattended to by LE.

Why? Because LE is nothing more than glorified tax collecting. Wake up people, your local police force is nothing more than the Kings Revenue Officer of the 18th century. It's sad they hide behind the badge and more sad we give them a gun. Washington and Jefferson are rolling over in their graves.

I'll make it short & simple.........

If the words power and control are in it there will always
be corruption to the fullest extent of the law whether it be civilian
    or government......

    Everyone has a price,Everyone............

Money is power and control with absolutely no LAW............

    Talk about shorthand....

I just explained life in 3 sentences...........

agree w/ your observation Pauly, and maybe you will agree with this,
... do not believe that corruption or violence (the abuse of power) in any form is built-in or human nature
