    I'm 6'1" 155lbs, skinny but muscular

    155lb bench, 50lb dumbbells shoulder press (100lb total), 540lb leg press (6 plates each), can do 5 sets x 10 rep pullups (overhand or underhand)

    Can run 6 minute mile

    Should give you an idea of my physique. That guy can't do any of the above.

    It is what happens when you have ADHD and are force fed an adderall-like drug all day for 18 years...killed my appetite. Fast metobolism plus no appetite (usually ate no breakfast or lunch) and yeah. Always been extremely skinny unfortunately. Slowly gaining weight.

    You need to get your weight up 155 your all skin and bones no wonder that guy broke your jaw

    No one would pull out a coupon on a first date. You buy groupon, generally 2 people for x admission. Then you pre-register and pay online for the event. Escape room, kayaking, painting etc. Girl never sees receipt, never knows groupon was used.

    Skinny but muscular? Dude, you are at least 20 pounds from being muscular. If you are 6'1" and 155 pounds, you are a rail. Focus more on a high protein diet and .free weights. Mix cardio in but you need to add muscle. Something's not right with your workout. Good luck

    Good stats. Bench is a little lagging but you could catch up quick.
    5x5 will get you there.

    Don't skip squats and deadlifts

    Agree, need to do squats more. Unfortunately, I don't deadlift. My legs being so long it is difficult for me to deadlift without bending my back. Woken up to a lot of pain the next day after trying. I've tried sumo stance and it just doesn't work either. So rather than risk injury, I don't try/do deadlifts.
