    agree on the age thing; whatever state's law of the state he was in should and will govern any proceedings. Here in Texas, the age of consent is 17, so 16 and younger are off the field of play. Though it is a defense if a minor under age 17 LIES about her age and bangs your brains out.

    also, parents can provide consent of their minor child to be a brick house and "let it all hang out", such that Mr. Kelly, if consent was obtained from the parents, could carry on with said minor upon acquiring such consent; such consent can go as far as consenting to marriage of their ripe, fresh daughter -- or son for that matter (8th grade bombshell teachers take notice!!!)

    let's put it this way.... we've known about this action on the part of Kelly since 2003.....

    just as most parents teach their kids shit like "don't play with guns", "don't do drugs", etc etc etc, all parents in da hood and elsewhere should obviously have taught their daughters "don't go with r kelly" no matter what he tells you.
