    Oymyakon, Russia, is the coldest inhabited town on Earth. Its population of*500 peoplebraves temperatures that have dipped to -90 degrees Fahrenheit. Despite the harsh conditions, life is pretty normal there.Jan 18, 2018

    There's 200,000 Minnesotans in St. Louis County and they've hit -61 actual; -63 wind chill. International Falls I believe has the lowest average temperature in the continental US at 36 degrees (that's average, includes summer....water freezes at 32)
