    Dick’s Sporting Goods to End Team USA Olympics Sponsorship

    Dick’s Sporting Goods Inc. is choosing to end its partnership with the United States Olympic Committee when their contract expires this month, a decision that comes as Team USA continues to deal with fallout from the sexual-abuse scandal surrounding former gymnastics doctor Larry Nassar.

    Well.... the harrassment is a fair excuse but lets be real here....Dicks has a monopoly on brick and mortar sporting goods now w the Cabellas/ Gander bailout, Sport Authority gone and 1/2 the mall based shoe stores left compared to 10 years ago.

    Save the $$ and lower prices for online sales

    I use Dicks as a showroom to check out products before I order on Amazon. Just like Best Buy.

    In related news, didn't Team USA Gymnastics just file for bankruptcy to avoid paying for the lawsuits?
