    Lady pulls into self serve bay

    The entire overhead for the biz is garage door repair nov- apr

    I had a well so no water bill

    I used 215 bags of salt per month and spent on a average $3509/ mo in garage door repair for those months

    Was pretty good biz till property tax hike
