    60 Minutes: Tim Green

    Heart-breaking. I didn't know he had ALS.

I read one of his books. Green is extremely bright. Sorry to hear of his situation.

it's funny... i was just thinking of tim green yesterday for the first time in 10 to 15 years....

was going to look into buying his novel that was based on the mysterious death of the baltimore colts owner 35 to 40 years ago. his ex-showgirl 4th wife inherited the team over his kids (i think)..... i think though it's one of those books that was released and there was so much controversy that it got recalled or wasn't marketed for long

Interesting, Jets. Is it the Colts owner who bet on games?

If u believe the story, Carroll Rosenbloom laid the -4 on Colts for heavy $$. He walked down to coach during game and told him that he HAD TO win via TD (by 6). FG would be no good, as 3-pt win would kill his bet.

yup, i guess he was the rams owner by then (apparently swapped colts for rams).... i just read it was georgia frontiere's 7th or 8th marriage. yikes.

that PBS frontline episode is widely discredited but certainly doesn't make it wrong.
