Language was changed quite a bit with the new tax law.The interest rate on HELOC's will be going up a 1/4 point 2 or 3 times a year as they have been for the last year already. Just don't do it.

I'm seeing about 5% for 10 year term. For a fixed rate. Does that sound about right? I guess my question is what would I do take a 15 k loan and about 150-175 a month for 10 years or withdraw Roth ira gold of about 15 k.

I guess this is my dillema.
