    Lawyer is upset Delta want to argue at all and dont just cough up the 50k they are extorting to avoid this publicity.

    Hope Delta hold out and a judge gives the kid exactly the damages deserved for having to catch your cell phone when someone hits it. And leaves him to pay the "lawyer" himself. For taking a frivolous action.
