    all nighters

    brutal

    pulled 4 the last 2 weeks

    really catching up with me i feel exhausted today. anyone do these. i can see it as a cycle as you sleep too late one day. then have to pull an all nighter the next night............then that wears on you and you sleep in another day ect ect


    used to be fun in my 20's not anymore

    All nighters suck, I got busy and pulled off only 3 hours sleep a few days ago, it hit me the next day for half the day and I could feel it. I was still able to work out and operate normally but I could feel it. Just a little off.. I was ok though and feeling normal around dinner time.. Slept like a baby that next night though..

    I hate messing with my normal sleep these days..

    i lack sleep during downswings and a short time afterwards even when winning.

    more from PLO not sports though. i can dump 10k on a game and not lose sleep. but i lose 10k in a plo session i wont be sleeping for sure lmao
