    I knew an 85 year old apartment owner in Hollywood, an old Jewish perv.. Never married and lived on property.. Pretty harmless but he did rent to young hotties and did have spare keys.. He would know when they went to work and sneak in the apartments and sniff the panties..

    True story.. He died a few years ago.. I know this because my best friend lived in the apartment building watched and saw what he was doing.. I should have put a stop to that but I let the old man carry on.. Seemed pretty harmless in nature.. Didn't want my friend to get evicted and I knew this old fart was about to die any day.... His name was Joe...

    Some old farts still get the urge I guess..
