    I have a pay as you go plan on my Samsung. No plan in other words. Here in CR, if someone calls your cell, only the person calling is charged for the call. I have wi-fi at the office and at the house so I just use skype or whatsapp to call or text.

    I added $6 to my phone at the grocery store back in May. $10 this year so far.
