A 50 year old guy and his wife were hosts for a foreign exchange student. They host a 16 year old girl from Spain. When she turns 18, the 50 year old guy divorces is wife and marries her (presumably so she can stay in the US). The man's ex-wife stays living in the same house even though he's now technically married to the 18 year old. Then, both the man and the 18 year old travel to Spain and convince the girl's parents to allow her 14 year old sister to join them in the US. By the time the younger girl is 16, the 50 year old and his (now 20 yr old) wife convince the 16 year old to start having sex with them. So this guy, is banging two sisters at the same time essentially. He also takes pictures of the 2 sisters together. While his wife still lives in the same house as well. The 16 year old eventually goes to the police about the situation. They charge the man, and the older sister with a littany of sexual charges for seducing the younger sister into their activities. The man, once out on bail, convinces his ex-wife (who still lived with them) to kill themselves. The man loads a hose into his car that pumps gas into the car. His ex-wife is in the passenger seat. He ends up dying, but the ex-wife ends up surviving. Meanwhile, the 20 year old wife is still in jail for seducing her sister into 3 somes with her now deceased husband.

At the time, Leary was married for over a decade to Claudia Leary, who identifies herself as a Miami-Dade schools employee and is just two years younger than him. They began hosting San Jose when she was a 16-year-old high-school student. On her Facebook page, San Jose said she had attended Palmetto High.
After San Jose finished her junior year of high school in 2013, Leary and San Jose flew to Spain to convince her parents to allow her to stay in Miami for her senior year, police said. The parents agreed.
Before San Jose’s senior year was done, he divorced his wife and married San Jose, 20 days after she turned 18, records show. Her Facebook page features a photo of her sitting in a restaurant, kissing the bald-headed older man.
One former co-worker told the Miami Herald that around 2014, San Jose came to the office every day purporting to be an “intern” — and no one knew the two were married, or that he had even divorced his previous wife.
Miami-Dade detectives said San Jose’s parents had no idea the two had become lovers. The couple returned to Spain and convinced the parents to allow her younger sister, 14 at the time, to move to Miami, too.
Back in South Florida, according to police, Leary and San Jose began “manipulating” the younger girl into believing she had been sexually abused by her parents, something that didn’t really happen.
San Jose’s sister, now 16, told police the two began to have sex in front of her and asking her to let Leary perform sex acts on her, saying it would help her deal with being a sex-abuse victim. They convinced her to join them in sex acts more than seven times. Another time, the sister told police, they plied her with alcohol before shooting photos of her only in high heels.
San Jose’s sister joined the couple in South Florida in 2014, reports ABC Miami. The 14-year-old victim told cops that things seemed normal as she stayed with her sister and Leary, reports CBS Miami. The victim was then convinced that she had been sexually abused by her parents. It was San Jose and Leary who convinced her despite the victim’s protests that she couldn’t remember any abuse. San Jose said the victim couldn’t remember because she was too young.
CBS Miami reports that authorities say during one instance of abuse, Leary put his hands down the victim’s pants “to prove she was sexually assaulted.” The ABC Miami report adds that San Jose told her sister she wanted to remain in the U.S. to avoid going back to their abusive parents.
The pair were married for two months before the victim visited, reports NBC Miami.
NBC Miami reports that the victim was convinced to have sex with San Jose and Leary, according to police. San Jose allegedly told her sister that it would be therapeutic to the abuse she suffered.
CBS Miami says that one night, the victim told authorities that San Jose plowed her with alcohol with Leary then taking photos of her. ABC Miami reports that Leary had told the victim that he was a photographer. One photo showed the 14-year-old naked wearing just high heels. Another showed the sisters together, naked, touching breasts.
San Jose and Leary are charged with lewd and lascivious conduct with a child under 16, possession of child pornography, engaging in a sexual act with a familial child and contributing to the delinquency of a child.
