4Q is extremely cheap on the ml
compared to the other quarters, on the assumption
that Cavs will have a large lead and sit/relax, but
there are reasons why this bet could be worth booking:

1) Cavs might not have a huge lead going into 4Q
2) Cavs are really starting to dislike Boston personally
3) Cavs want to make a statement with full on force to the finish line
4) Cavs want to feel proud to the end
