    Best supplements you take???

What are the best supplements you take, where you saw a great increase in one area.

For me? When squatting, my knees used to crack. I take glucosamine/chondroitin now and they dont. If i drink night before i squat, they do crack a bit.

Fish oil i see no difference.

    BCAAs, maybe but cant tell.

    Daily vitamin..hell no cant tell.

Without a doubt, Curcumin. Best to take one that has bioperine to maximize absorption. It's great against inflammation from getting old or working out. It also has other benefits too.

Like if I didn't take Curcumin and ran 5k 3 days in a row, my knee would ache and swell and it would be physically impossible to run another day and even tough to go up and down the stairs. I'd have to sit out a few days until the swelling goes down. Taking 5g+ of Curcumin a day, I could run 10 days straight no problem.

Flax seed oil definitely made a positive difference to my hair and skin. I'm 35 and women still compliment me for my "youthful glow."

    I take a multi-vitamin, mostly for insurance.

Whey protein works. No denying the benefits of good sources of protein.

I might try glucosamine so see if it helps my right elbow. Not sure if it's the joint or the tendon, but my elbow makes loud crunching noises (followed by pain) when I make a curling motion.

You can buy flax seed oil in gelcap, oil, or raw form. You don't want to cook with the oil, because the smoke point is too low. Gelcaps are what I take. Flax is the cleanest organic source of Omega 3, so you get all the health benefits of a diet heavy in fish oil, without the nasty smell or the trace amounts of mercury and other pollutants.

I'll give the glucosamine a try for my elbow while I wait to have an MRI done on it. I can't even bend my arm at the elbow without it sounding like Rice Krispies.

Thanks for the glucosamine recommendation man... I'll be picking a bottle up this weekend. I do drink a lot of water, so hopefully this supplement will help my ailment (fingers crossed). Will let you know how it goes.

I don't think there is anything OTC to help gain size and mass.

For your overall health you should take vitamins...

If you want fish oil.... eat a small can of tuna a day.

The overall success to genuine health is proper weight to height. That's the way I see it.

Gas station boner pills are good though. libigrow was my favorite

Follow up on the Glucosamine: I just finished the bottle after 3 months of use, and it didn't make any difference when it comes to my elbow problem. I believe the injury is to my tendon rather than the joint, so I'm not going to blame the Glucosamine. It was worth a shot.

That is a GREAT photo of Weeder, Donker.

I am a total caffeine addict, probably drink 8 cups of hot tea a day.

Iced tea (particularly green) is good in a pinch as well but hot tea bags are easier on the wallet. I like Cliff bars a lot and probably have 4 or so of them a day instead of breakfast or lunch. One of many reasons I am as handsome as I am and always on point in all facets.

Donker's wife keeps texting me for hot tea bags and I keep telling her to go buy them herself which is weird, but it's all good (I guess).

i know, i know.... this is one of the drawbacks of having oversized hot "tea bags" -- they hurt a babe's jaw overtime due to not fitting into the eagerly awaiting orifice.....

you have to take the good with the bad.....

she wanted some "miniatures", and she knew who to call.....
