    Coffee is a good thing, picks you up, helps to get the motor running, keeps you "regular". Just as with anything in life, too much of it isn't good for you. Same with booze, gambling, sweets, crazy women, staying up late, etc. etc. etc., the key is moderation.

    Science says it's good for your metabolism, keeps you regular, and drastically reduces your risk of certain types of cancers, including colon cancer. More than 2 cups per day hasn't proven beneficial though.

    Just don't load your coffee up with things like refined sugar and heavy cream/creamers, because those additions are not good for your health.
