local news started out tonight with a story about the dire straits due to massive flooding the people living in the "River's Edge" subdivision find themselves in....

what's next? the people in River's Bend finding themselves flooded?

maybe Creekside Estates?

never buy f'n real property in Texas or the south with "River" or "Creek" or "Bayou" in the name....

perhaps it might be ok if it's the "No Fukkin' River or Creek In Sight Estates".....

also, fear not any lake property.... as those are f'n million dollar properties, and the lake water levels are controlled by these neat rich people things called "dams" and "flood gates".... the theory behind them being flood the f'n river rat white trash down stream, and even up stream, to keep those lake levels safe for the rich folk....
