    Does anyone here use a PRE-WORKOUT Supplement

    I loved the old Jack3d, but who didn't

    The main problem I have with pretty much everything on the shelves right now is it's just a ton of caffeine mixed with some beta-alanine

    I've been drinking such high quantity of caffeine over the years, I'm basically immune to it

    The three I've tried recently were #Shatter, Mr Hyde and N.O. Xplode

    Mr Hyde and N.O. Xplode have almost nil effect, #shatter was minimal but a bit better

    Need a good ephedrine source

    Nope, but use grape juice and Whey protein for recovery. When I feel I've worked out hard enough to deserve a recovery drink.

    I'm a tough trainer on myself.

    It's probably all the caffeine Hippy, ridiculous amounts of caffeine in them

    I assume its because they've all been neutered and no good active ingredients left in them

    But I'm hoping Im missing one

    Stay away from ephedrine. I used it daily with caffeine for a boost at work. I'm pretty sure that's what gave me heart problems.

    Preworkout supps are the biggest scam, drink a cup of coffee pre workout for the same effect

    Nope. I go raw, preworkout makes me jittery and have bad anxiety. I just put up a pic of a hot chick I know I can get if I get through this workout day after day. Works for me

    You can also use "Diet Turbo Tea" from ABB (American Body Building) company. You can get the sugar free version or sugar version. It gets expensive using them daily though.

    BCAA's B vitamins and caffeine. I do a lot of HIIT when I workout so most of that pre charge crap spikes my heart rate when I really don't need it.

    Yep, I always warm up with 30-40 mins of cardio and can notice a big difference when I drink caffeine compared to when I don't. I just stay away from preworkout and caffeine all together

    Basically what I thought

    Think I'm just gonna stick to double or triple shot espressos

    They do as much for me as any of the pre-workouts

    Although I did some research and found plenty of pre-workout supps still have 1,3 DMAA,which was in the orignial jack3d

    But I think I'll just stick with coffee

    Only did it a few times Coach

    Coach you telling me they make steroids in pill form?

    I use Pre-Kaged by Kris Gethin. Gives me the shits but it gets the job done in the gym.

    Look into it and also look into a liver transplant while you're at it. There's a reason steroids are injected. Kill your liver if you take it in pill form.

    I've only used them a few times in my life, back in 2000 when I was training for the fire dept, my brother and I got some pills from GNC that were killer! Got banned the next year for ephedrine I think. Then used Jack3d a few years back and it was good.

    Think I'm done with them.

    I've stopped drinking energy drinks. Have cut out all the prework too. Wasn't making that big of a difference. Often times it would take a while to kick in. Coffee works fine now. I have a Moka express if I need a little extra bump

    As much as everyone knows about all of this I'd assume everyone is in pretty good shape. Kind of hard to believe honestly. Jack3D was good before the class action lawsuit.
