Arthur Bryant's is the place everyone wants to go to. I think it caught on fire awhile back, do some research, but that's the spot.

I was in KC recently and ate at Gates. I had the burnt ends sandwich that was good. While I was waiting, all of the locals that came in ordered Wing Packs, that is until they ran out of Wings.

Don't think you can really go wrong with all the BBQ spots in KC. Oklahoma Joes was also good.
