The one preview I've seen about 5 times in the theatre the past year looks like one big car chase scene. Didn't appear that you needed to be smart to understand it.

Hollywood running out of ideas for blockbusters.

Movies now all about special effects and knowing how its going to end.

    Every movie could end differently.

    Except maybe Titanic.

That will probably be released in the next few years as well.

I know im old because all the movies I saw as a kid are all remakes. Now they are even remaking Point Break. I am going to sound old again. All the remakes sucks just go watch the original.Mad max and the Road Warrior am sure a still available for like 8 cents somewhere on DVD.the original always better.

agreed Mcaulay...the only remake in the last 30+ years or so that was even half-way decent was King Kong...

I went and saw "MAD MAX: FURY ROAD" yesterday with one of my friends...I was like meh...the movie was OK for the most part and there was lots of action but something seemed to be missing...In previous Mad Max with Mel Gibson, Max was the protagonist and the action centered around him...in this flick, there are 3 major characters and Mad Max is almost like an after thought... ...having said that, I would still recommend it to anyone to go see it...IMO, it's just not better than the original series with Gibson...but I am partial to old school and absolutely hate remakes!...
