    I had mixed feelings about this when I heard the news.

    1. I believe he was 100% guilty and a fully indoctrinated muslim terrorist
    2. I believe that at 21 you can be manipulated to believe a lot of things
    3. When the rubber meets the road, committing terrorist acts and talking about them are two different things

    Life with hard labor would be better.

    The state should have no more right to kill than its citizens do imho. Sets a bad example.

    Not that I personally care what happens to this particular scumbag. Hopefully never hear his name again.

    I've also heard it's more expensive for the state when they execute inmates because of all the appeals. Makes sense.

    I'd be surprised if we don't see the end to the death penalty within 10 years.

    The GOP will be FURIOUS. Ironically, they tout fiscal conservatism.

    But seeing that on the whole they have lower IQ's, I excuse them for not seeing the obvious.

    There is a lot to be said for the argument that life in prison, especially for a guy this young, is worse punishment than death.
    I don't know but my inner scweinhund wants to chop him into small pieces slowly from the feet up.

    i say put him and eveyone else on death row onto a huge 777 and then get a crazy suicidal eurotrash german pilot to do what he does best...... let the whole fuckin' planefull of miscreants know the terror of their impending death in the french alps as their jet starts is slow, deliberate descent into death and obliteration...... and hook up live feeds throughout the plane so the whole fckin' world can watch......

    everytime death rows hit the magic number to get a full flightload on board, send up another plane
