    Is the Apple Imac5k worth £2k???????????????????

    Never had an apple product.
    why is it only i5 processor?
    Anyone have it? pros cons?


    its either that or save £1k and get this

    Mac's are nice but you vastly overpay for pretty average specs. This is coming from someone who owns and regularly uses both.

    If you aren't doing anything particularly processor intensive both would be fine for your purposes it sounds like.

    My one piece of advice is that an i7 processor will become obsolete more slowly than an i5. When spending a decent amount on a computer I find its best to spend more money now so that it will be able to run everything without issue for longer.

    I also don't have a a particularly nice screen but Im not even sure how much you can get in 4k resolution yet.
